Automaker Hyundai Motor & Auto parts dealers from the Republic of Korea have inaugurated its first international huge data center in Guian New Area, southwest China’s Guizhou Province.
Conferring to the provincial commerce bureau, the center will deliver data maintenance for self-driving cars. The center will also collaborate with China Unicom, one of China’s largest telecom operators, to grow Internet-based, intelligent data exchange services that are custom-made to the needs of Chinese customers.
Guian New Area is already family to numerous big data centers for tech giants, including Apple, Tencent, and Huawei. Hyundai Motor’s data center is now the first automaker to set up a big data center in the area. These data centers are also providing much information about Hyundai Genuine parts and its auto parts consumption around the world. Hyundai is expanding its presence overseas rapidly by ensuring the need for auto parts online to facilitate the trade for car and auto parts dealers all around the world.
